Family Access Motion in Missouri: Getting Visitation Back

If rights to custody, visitation, or third-party custody under a judgment of dissolution, legal separation, or modification are denied or interfered with by the other parent or a third party without good cause, you as a parent have the right to file what is called a Family Access Motion with the Court.

Luckily, the Courts provide a step-by-step page for Motion for Family Access (Visitation), as well as the Forms.

Even with the information provided by the Court, it can seem like a daunting or overwhelming task. Any parent beginning or in the process of filing a Motion for Family Access may need an attorney to help guide them through part of the process, and Langley Law is here to help.
